    Do you allow dogs on the site?

    Yes – Dogs are welcome on site but must be kept on lead and not exercised on the Park.

  • What time can I arrive with my touring unit?

    Anytime after 1200hrs, please note that we have limited parking available for early arrivals and that the entrance to Milestone is quite narrow so we like to stagger the departures and arrivals.

    Can tents be pitched beside caravans?

    We only allow small ‘pup’ tents to be pitched on the same pitch as the caravan or motorhome.

  • Do you have pitches to accommodate large caravans and/or RV’s?

    We have pitches that are 9m+ in length but limited amounts. Please state when booking.

  • Do you allow BBQs?

    Yes we do subject to site rules.

    How far is it to Newark from the site?

    Newark is 7 miles from our site. It has a good cycle path from the site or it is around 15mins on the bus from the village (Hourly)

  • Is there fishing on site?

    Yes. We try to accommodate for all kinds of fisherman on site but if you want something bigger there are two specialist fishing lakes in the village.

    Do you take card payment?

    Yes. We accept all cards excluding American Express.

  • Can I choose my own pitch?

    You can subject to availability on arrival. Larger units may have a pitch allocated to them.

    What are the minimum bookings allowed?

    Bank holiday weekends must be minimum 3 nights.

  • Do I need to book prior to arrival?

    Yes, it is advisable to book for a stay over Most weekends, Bank Holidays, School Holidays and New Year.

    Can I book a specific pitch or area?

    NoOn arrival you may choose your own pitch. However larger units and disabled will be allocated a suitable pitch.

  • How do I book a pitch?

    How much is the deposit?

    For bank Holidays or busy periods we may ask for a deposit. The deposit will be £20.00 per pitch upon booking which is non refundable.

  • What if I need to amend my booking?

    Call the office on 01636 821244 and one of our staff will be able to make the alterations for you. If you are calling out of office hours please leave a message and we will amend your booking as soon as possible.

    Can we connect to the Internet?

    Not through the park directly. we do have a private company, you can connect to their wi-fi via silver lining. BT Openzone is available throughout the site where you can purchase time or alternativly if you have a BT Connection at home you can connect to that for free once registered. Further there is a small cafe at the top of the village offering free WIFI to all customers.
